Above: Cross section   Below: Long elevation to Middle Street

At the Middle Street level, there will be direct entrances to the flats plus half a dozen small shops to mirror those on the opposite side of the road

The garden is accessible by ramp, stairs and lifts It will have curved laminated timber arches which echo the ribs of a boat. These frames will be tied together with stainless steel cables which will resemble a gossamer shiny net or boat rigging

In the daytime these cables will reflect sunlight and glisten. At night-time festoon lighting will create a illuminated cage effect enhanced by underlit trees and shrubs
It will be magical

Neil says "This is a vision. It's important that if we go on this journey as a town and as a Bay that we have a clear destination. Then we can work towards that goal. If we don't know where we are going, then how are we going to get there?"
